Checklist Lines Overview

Issue Buttons — If a checklist line has existing issues tied to it, there will be a button showing the total number of issues and a "➕ " button. Pressing the former will allow you to view the issues in detail, and pressing the latter will open the Add Issue menu. See  Add Issue for more details.

NOTE If no issues exist, there will only be one button that says "Add Issue", as is shown in the second line of the above graphic.

Edit Note Button — Press this button to edit the note for the selected line.

Add Line Button — Press this button to add a new line below the currently selected line. See Add Line for more details.

Edit Line Button — Press this button to edit the line. See Edit Line for more details.

Delete Line Button — Press this button to delete the line.

Line Information — This area shows the line's information, including its description, note, linked attribute, and answer. Press the corresponding symbol to change the line's answer.
NOTE Buttons 3-5 appear when a line is swiped left.

Add or Edit a Line

Cancel Button — Press this button to exit the Edit Line menu without saving.

Save Button — Press this button to save the line with the information provided.

Previous Line Information — When adding a new line, this area will display information about the line before it.

Line Description — Enter the description for the line here.

Linked Attribute Button — Press this button to select a linked attribute for this line.
NOTE To change the value of a linked attribute, edit the note.

Reorder Lines

Batch Reorder Button — Press this button to select and move lines in bulk.

Delete Button — Press this button to delete the selected lines.

Done Button — Press this button to exit the Reorder menu.

Line Information — This are shows which lines are selected, the line number, and the line description.

Reorder Button — Press this button to drag the line to a new position.
