Accounts Overview

The Account refers to the company account, or account holder (not the user account). Account level access is equivalent to administrative access in the software. The Account section is accessible only by account administrators. Administrators can access the account section from the home page or from the dropdown menu at the top left of the page. The account section provides details on billing, project defaults, users, and a summary of activity across all projects within the account.

Go to home page

Click account name

Click on the drop down arrow by the logo.

Then select the account name and click the Manage button.

The main navigation shows sections of the administrative account area. Once you enter an account that you administer, you can navigate to the various sections of account level administration at the top of the menu. These sections include the Dashboard, Billing, People, Projects, Test Templates, Checklist Templates, and Settings (project defaults).
