Adding Users to a Project

Users added at the project level are automatically added to the account (but do not have access to the account).

Adding Users to an Account

An administrator can add a person or company directly to the account instead of inviting them to the project.

Click the Add New button at the top right of the People section.

Select Person or Company.

The Add dialog box appears.

Fill in the dialog box.

Click the orange Add button.

Look for an email invitation from CxAlloy.
NOTE Check Admin to grant administrator access.

Invited Users

The label Invited will be displayed beside a user’s name until the invitation is accepted.

Resending an Invitation

If a user cannot find their email invitation, you can click the Resend Invitation button at the top right of the user details from project level people section for that user.
