Managing Tasks
In the task list actions found in the blue page header of the Tasks section, you will see buttons to add a new task, email the task list, or create a PDF report of the tasks list.
E-mailing Tasks
You can email a link to the task list by clicking the E-mail button in the blue page header.

- Click the E-mail button in the page header.

- In the e-mail link window, add or edit your message and select the people, companies, or roles that you would like to e-mail.

- Click Send.
Task Reports
Click the PDF button on the blue page header to generate a PDF of the tasks list.
The gear icon located next to the PDF button allows you to choose from a list or detailed format and whether to include history and comments.
Task Actions
You can watch, unwatch, assign, edit, or delete a task from the actions menu located at the top right of the task panel.
Assigning a Task
To assign or re-assign a task, click on the Assign button and select a person, company, or role. To unassign a task, click on the Assign button and select Unassign from the top of the assignment dropdown.
Editing a Task
To edit a task, click the Edit button located at the top right of the detail panel. Here you can update a task description or change the due date.
Completing a Task
To complete a task, click the circle located next to the task description. A blue checkmark will appear in the circle, indicating that the status of the task has been updated to Done. Clicking the circle again will remove the checkmark and mark the status as Not Done.
Deleting a Task
To delete a task, click Delete at the top of the detail panel. Confirm the action in the window that appears.
