Click on a task to open its detail panel. In the detail panel of a task, you see components for History and Comments.
The History component shows all activity associated with the task, such as edits, updates, and changes to its status, assignment, or due date.
Tasks created from meetings also show history for published state, which occurs anytime a meeting is published or unpublished.

You can view and add comments to a task from the Comments component found at the bottom of the detail panel.
To add a comment to a task, click in the comment box at the bottom of the detail panel. Enter your comment and click Add Comment.
