Sorting by Date Updated

The "Date Updated" sort sorts issues, equipment, field observations, and reviews by when they were last updated. An item will be considered updated not only when it is edited, but also when files, issues, or comments are added to it.

Specifically, the rules for what is considered the updated date is the most recent of the following events:

Equipment

• Edits to the equipment itself (i.e. a status change, updated equipment type, etc.)
• An added or updated attribute
• An added file

Issues

• Edits to the issue itself (i.e. a status change, updated description, etc.)
• An added or updated comment
• An added file

Reviews

• Edits to the review itself (i.e. an updated submittal number, description, etc.)
• An added issue
• An added file

Field Observations

• Edits to the field observation itself (i.e. an updated date, description, etc.)
• An added or updated comment
• An added issue
• An added file
