The Dashboard's Planning subsection contains three key metrics: scheduled hours, available hours, and the difference between available hours and scheduled hours.

These three metrics are calculated from the work orders and scheduled work orders that are due (or will be due) in the next 30 days, along with the availability data of facility personnel (see Facility people in Facility).

Under the scheduled hours key metric you'll find a breakdown of the scheduled hours by labor rate for the next 30 days. By clicking areas of the chart (such as a pie wedge) you can load the related work orders and schedules in the area below.

Under the available hours key metric you'll find a breakdown of the available hours by labor rate for the next 30 days. By clicking areas of the chart (such as a pie wedge) you can load the related personnel in the area below.

Under the available vs. scheduled difference key metric you'll find a timeline of scheduled and available labor hours by labor rate. You can customize the labor rate shown by using the dropdown at the top right of each chart. By clicking on areas of the chart (such as a point) you can load either the related work orders and schedules or the related personnel in the area below.
