Utilization
The utilization tab graphs the work orders and schedules in addition to the hours available for two weeks from the current date, allowing you to plan ahead and to make adjustments accordingly.
By default, the utilization chart shows work orders, schedules, and available hours for the next two weeks. If there is no estimate for the labor hours in the procedure used for a work order or a schedule, then the work order or schedule will not be accounted for in the graph.
Selecting any label from the legend will hide or show it on the graph.
Hovering over a data point on the graph will display a tooltip of the hours available for the specific day.
When you select a work order or schedule from the graph, the details of the work order or schedule will be displayed below the graph. From here, you can change the due date of a work order or the recurrence of a schedule by clicking on the "Change Due Date" or "Change Recurrence" buttons respectively.
Changing the due date of a work order will update the graph when you select a new day from the date picker. Changes made to the recurrence of a schedule will only be updated when you press "Save."
Clicking on the work order from the details shown below the graph will bring you to the detail page of the work order. Clicking on a schedule from below the graph will bring you to the associated procedure. Clicking on the links of equipment or location below the graph will bring you to the detail page of the respective asset.
