Email notification settings
Facility Maintenance has two types of email notifications: a daily summary email and on-demand notifications. You can choose whether to receive these notifications on your profile page.
You can choose to subscribe to the daily email for each account you have access to. The email is sent once a day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM (relative to the timezone of the account).
Additionally, you can choose to receive an email whenever someone assigns a work order to you. These emails are sent on-demand at the same time the work order is assigned to you.
