Facility management
The Dashboard's Management subsection contains three key metrics: active work orders, active work requests, and active changes.
Active work orders are defined as any work orders that have not reached a final status.
Active work requests are defined as any work requests that have been received but not yet reviewed, or reviewed and accepted but not yet completed (because the name of each work request status can be customized for your facility, your facility may have different names for these statuses).
Active changes are defined as any changes that are unapproved or approved, and any temporary change that is completed but not yet reverted. A temporary change that is completed is still considered active until it is reverted.
Under the active work orders key metric you'll find two charts: a breakdown of active work orders and a breakdown of active work order age. The age of an active work order is the number of days since it was created. You can customize the breakdown for each of these charts by using the dropdown at the top right of each chart. By clicking on areas of each chart (either a pie wedge or column) you can load the related work orders in the area below.
