Documents overview

The documents section is shown in list view and is a central store of all files that have been uploaded to the facility. Here you can upload and download documents as necessary.

Clicking on a document will download the file to the default location on your device. At this time, you may only download one document at a time.

Documents uploaded from the documents section are uploaded to the facility, but you can also upload documents on the detailed view of individual work orders, procedures, equipment, and locations. Additionally, in the equipment section, you can also connect a particular document to multiple pieces of equipment (see Connecting a document in Documents for more details).
