How do I prevent my CxAlloy issues from being closed in Procore?

Create a new placeholder status to use for the mapping steps of the integration setup, e.g. "Closed in Procore". Place the status in its own workflow that leads into a status at the end of another workflow; this will prevent the placeholder status itself from being considered a closing status.

During the "Map CxAlloy to Procore" step of the Procore integration setup, map the placeholder status from CxAlloy to the Closed status in Procore.

During the "Map Procore to CxAlloy" step of the Procore integration setup, map the Closed status from Procore to the placeholder status from CxAlloy.

This setup ensures that when an observation is closed in Procore, it will update the corresponding issue in CxAlloy to a non-closing status for further review.
