Overview
Upon opening a project, the user will be navigated to the project's dashboard. The project path is shown at the top; clicking the account name redirects to the account's project list, and clicking the project name reloads the project dashboard. The project sections can be found along the navbar.
Project
- Dashboard - a graphical summary of the current state of the project, including status counts and average time to close issues.
- Activity - a filterable activity feed that shows all history records for the project.
- People - the contact directory for the project; includes people, roles, and companies.
- Settings - includes dedicated tabs for various project level settings.
- COBie Import/Export - used to import and export COBie files; requires the Admin permission.
Assets
- Equipment - filterable list of all equipment in the project.
- Equipment Types - filterable list of all equipment types in the project.
- Systems - filterable list of all systems in the project.
- Locations - filterable list of all locations in the project; locations include campuses, buildings, floors, zones, and spaces.
Issues
- Design Issues - filterable list of all issues created from design items across the project.
- Construction Issues - filterable list of all issues created from construction issues in the project.
- My Design Issues - design issues log pre-filtered by assignment, including the user's role and company.
- My Construction Issues - construction issues log pre-filtered by assignment, including their role and company.
Checklists
- Checklists - filterable list of all checklists in the project.
- Checklist Templates - a project-level repository for maintaining checklist templates.
- My Checklists - checklists log pre-filtered by assignment, including the user's role and company.
Tests
- Tests - filterable list of all tests in the project
- Test Templates - a project-level repository for maintaining test templates.
- My Tests - tests log pre-filtered by assignment, including the user's role and company.
Reviews
- Design Reviews - filterable list of all design reviews in the project.
- Construction Reviews - filterable list of all construction reviews in the project.
Reports
- Field Observations - filterable list of all field observations in the project.
- Meetings - filterable list of all meetings in the project.
- Progress Reports - filterable list of all progress reports in the project.
- Report Generator - a dedicated page for configuring and creating PDF reports.
Tasks
- Tasks - filterable list of all tasks in the project.
- My Tasks - tasks pre-filtered by assignment, including the user's role and company.
Files
- Project Files - a general repository for file uploads.
- Attached Files - filterable list of all attached files across the project, e.g. files uploaded directly to an item's Files subsection.
