Maintenance overview

The maintenance section is where work orders, procedures, schedules, change tracking, and work requests can be found and managed. The work orders section is the default page when you navigate to this section. For more on work orders, see Work orders in Maintenance.

Each tab of this section plays a specific role with one another. Procedures are intended as reusable instructions that can be attached to specific work orders. It is then possible to create schedules that will automatically create these work orders for you at scheduled times. Work requests are sent in via email or from a public page and can be converted into work orders. Finally, work orders are used for the actual tracking the progress of work.
