Procedures
The procedures section can be accessed from the maintenance tab of a facility. By default, the procedures tab displays procedures in the list view. Procedures are the steps required to fulfill a work order and are used in work orders and schedules.
Clicking on a specific procedure will direct you to the detailed view of the procedure.
There are several fields on a procedure's detail page. These include category, type, estimated labor hours, estimated downtime, steps of the procedure, tools, materials, and any documents uploaded to or associated with the work order.
Editing a procedure in the detail view rather than the list view provides additional options, such as changing the procedure name.
