Change tracking
The change tracking section can be accessed from the maintenance tab of a facility. By default, the change tracking section is displaying in list view. In this section, you can manage and track all changes that are requested in your facility. Here users are able to submit a request for a temporary or permanent change, receive approval or denial from an administrator, and check the current status of their request.
Clicking on a change in the list will direct you to the detailed view of the tracked change.
Examples of possible change requests include changes to the building automation system, changing set points, and others.
The change tracking form has several fields, including a title, type (permanent or temporary change), date, revert date if applicable, description, reason, and what the change is connected to. Changes can also be connected to equipment or systems. This can be done in the change tracking detail page.
